Bishoujo "Seven Deadly Sins" Anime Announced

Queen's Blade designer to direct project

Hobby Japan and figures maker OrchidSeed's Seven Deadly Sins franchise has taken the next step towards corrupting mankind with a new, non-18+ anime series based on the Niθ (Queen's Blade's Alice, Samurai Girls) designed line of girls personifying the capital vices.

Queen's Blade designer Hiraku Kaneko (Leina Vance, Cattleya) directs the production, reuniting writer Makoto Uezu (Humanity Has Declined) after sharing the same duties on Qwaser of Stigmata.

PVC figures of Asmodeus/Lust and Leviathan/Eny debuted earlier this year as exclusive mail orders through issues of Hobby Japan magazine, but the third figure, Lucifer/Pride is being made more widely available, with figure retailers now taking pre-orders for the June 2013 release.

The pre-painted Complete PVC Figure is 23.5cm Tall + Base 8.5cm (1/8 Scale), and her armor is removable. She sells for about 8,600yen ($110).

The Asmodeus order came with a bonus tissue box.

Leviathan had a special handkerchief - She can still be ordered from Hobby Japan
