On November 11th, the CMPC (Comic Market Preparations Committee) announced on its official site that they also received a threat letter on October 29th and have already reported to the Kitazawa police station which is under jurisdiction of the area. The announcement didn't give a detailed description of the letter including the sender's identity. So it is unknown that the letter is related to a series of the recent Kuroko's Basketball threats.
Comic Market is the biggest doujinshi event in Japan. More than 500,000 people visit and enjoy the three days festival. 34,924 amateur doujinshi circles are scheduled to participate in the 83rd event which will be held at Tokyo Big Sight on December 29-31, and the number of Kuroko's Basketball-related circles is at least 900.
This is very personal issue for me (the writer, Mikikazu Komatsu.) I have my own PreCure/Yuri themed
doujinshi circle for all-ages named "Fantastic Yuri Rhythm" with my partner. Our circle is also scheduled
to join Comic Market on 29th for the very first time. We are so excited for the opportunity to be a part
of the world's biggest doujinshi event, so we really don't want to see it canceled. In my opinion, Comic
Market is already too big to be canceled by just one letter...
