PS Vita Version of "Ratchet & Clank: Full Frontal Assault" Delayed

Portable version with cross-save and cross-play pushed to January

First the good news: Those who purchase Ratchet & Clank: Full Frontal Assault on PlayStation 3 will get the PS Vita version, which boasts cross-save and cross-play functionality. Now the bad: The portable version has been pushed back to January 2013

Full Frontal Assault is still on track for a November 27 release on PS3, so it's just a matter of waiting for the Vita release, which is being held back "to provide the best gameplay experience possible."

Sony isn't leaving players empty handed in the meantime, though. The first piece of DLC, the Mini-Boss Skin Pack, comes as a bonus with purchase of Full Frontal Assault. The pack of skins features bosses from previous games, like Going Commando's Chainblade and Up Your Arsenal's Two-eyed Tyrhrranoid.

Anyone plan on picking up the next Ratchet & Clank? I recently replayed Going Commando on PS3. Man, that's a fun game.
