"Final Fantasy: Airborne Brigade" Makes Its Way to U.S. for Free

Square Enix and DeNA bringing social game to iOS and Android soon

With 3 million subscribers in Japan, Final Fantasy Brigade is a hit in its homeland, and Square Enix and DeNA are hoping to replicate that success in the west. The social game will be making its way to iOS and Android devices for free "soon" as Final Fantasy: Airborne Brigade.

If you pre-register for Airborne Brigade, you'll get a three-month exclusive in-game card featuring Final Fantasy VII protagonist cloud, and an email notification when the game is available.

In Final Fantasy: Airborne Brigade, players ride on airships and form groups known as airborne brigades to take on bosses like Ifrit, Shiva, Bahamut, and Odin. You can level up, engage in PvP action against friends, and ultimately strive to restore radiance to the crystals.

Anyone plan on signing up early for Final Fantasy: Airborne Brigade and giving it a shot?
