Updated "Hyakka Ryouran: Samurai Girls" Website Offers a Late Night Treat

Follow up to 2010 bishoujo samurai anime in the works

With a "Samurai Bride" follow up on the 2010 ARMS produced anime TV series Hyakka Ryouran: Samurai Girls in the works, the site for the bishoujo samurai title has been udpated with a risque little feature. The welcome banner shows a rotating image of the title's subject Samurai Girls, with the heroines getting more exposed in the later hours.

Like Oda Nobuna and Sengoku Collection the adaptation of Akira Suzuki and Niθ's light novels feature Sengoku (and early Edo) warriors and rulers to be recast as cute girls.

Here, legendary warlords like Yukimura Sanada, legendary ninja like Hanzo Hattori and legendary swordsman Jubei Yagyu are cute teenage girls in an alternate version of the modern era in which the Tokugawa Shogunate never fell... in which warrior girls even fought off the World War II bombing of Japan.

Sentai Filmworks/Section23 released the earlier anime series in North America.
