Suisei no Galgantia could be quite interesting, or it could be anime's Water World. The spring 2013 anime sees Madoka Magica and Fate/zero writer Gen Urobuchi on a series about a boy soldier stranded on a remote planet whose inhabitants live on a convoy of ships. Other than maybe the protagonist, so far, it doesn't sound like very "Urobutcher" material.
Fullmetal Alchemist: The Sacred Star of Milos' Kazuya Murata directs the Production I.G project with Hanaharu Naruko on character designs. Makoto Ishiwata, who did the Pyscho-Pass Dominator gun, is on mecha design, with Taro Iwashiro (Sacred Star of Milos) on music.
