VIDEO: "Hal" Anime Teaser
Original anime movie debuts in June
Production I.G subsidiary WIT is making a lot of news these days. They're the folks on the much talked about Attack on Titan anime, and now they've been named as the studio on upcoming anime sci-fi movie Hal. Animator/storyboard artist Makihara Ryoutarou (Tatami Galaxty, Karas) steps up to direct with Katsuhiko Kitada (Birdy the Mighty: Decode, Fractale) as character designer/chief animation director, Hitomi Hasegawa (Birdy the Mighty: Decode) as animation director and Michiru Oshima (Tatami Galaxy, Fullmetal Alchemist, Beck) on music.
A manga will kick off in Bessatsu Margaret ahead of the anime movie's spring debut.
