Nothing brightens the day like the insane abandon of ninja fanservice franchise Senran Kagura. After starting out on the Nintendo 3DS, it's moving to the Vita with January's Shinovi Versus, and there's a new promo showcasing that game's 20 characters.
Then it becomes a mobile game Android and iOS devices via GREE's mobile gaming in New Wave, and the full 50 ninja roster for that ones has been laid out (5 from 10 ninja high schools)
Asked about a western release for the game, Marvelous AQL's Kenichiro Takaki said
“Of course, we’d like to release it overseas,” Takaki replied. “But, one of the most important things about the game it’s not just an action game, it’s also very sexualized. What we would like to do, when Nintendo further builds up their infrastructure for downloadable games, is release it as a downloadable title.”
A TV series anime adaptation of the title is premieres next month.
