4-Panel Comedy Manga "Kiniro Mosaic" Gets TV Anime Adaptation

Comedic story of Japanese and British girls

The official site for the upcoming TV anime adaptation of Yui Hara's four-panel comedy manga Kiniro Mosaic (Golden Mosaic) is launched today. The news is also announced simultaneously on the cover of the February issue of Houbunsha's Manga Time Kirara Max magazine which is released in Japan today. The manga has been serialized in the magazine since June 2010.


The main premise of the story is about the comedic life of a 15-year-old "pure Japanese girl" Shinobu Omiya who has a strong admiration towards foreign countries, Alice Carteret who comes from England, and other girls in school. The air date and TV stations for the anime have not been announced yet.
