Technically, the Pillar Men antagonists of JoJo's Adventure Part II - Battle Tendency are the superhuman progenitors of vampires rather than actually vamps, but blurring that a bit, let's say that in JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, vampires don't sparkle. They flex their muscles and amuse themselves with chariot death matches. From upcoming fighting game JoJo's Bizarre Adventure - All Star Battle fighting game, we knew that one of them, Wham, would be voiced by Akio Ohtsuka, but now the full roster has been revealed.

Cars -  Kazuhiko Inoue (narration for Gundam AGE, Nyanko-sensei from Natsume Yuujinchou)

Wham - Akio Ohtsuka (Solid Snake, Black Jack, Fate/Zero's Rider, Ghost in the Shell's Batou)

ACDC - Keiji Fujiwara (Shiro from Blue Exorcist, Leorio in the new Hunter x Hunter) 

Santana - Kenji Nomura (Grappler Baki's Yujiro Hanma)

Joseph Joestar - grandson of first JoJo, Jonathan Joestar - voiced by Tomokazu Sugita (Gintama's Gintoki) 

Takuya Sato (Cardfight! Vanguard's Toshiki Kai) is rival/brother in arms Caesar.

Atsushi Imaruoka is the German cyborg Stroheim - visual inspiration for Street Fighter's Guile.

Atsuko Tanaka (Ghost in the Shell's Major) voices the deceptively young looking mentor, Lisa Lisa - inspiration for Street Fighter's Rose.
