VIDEO: Latest Look at Yamakan's Fantasy Comedy Anime "Senyu"

Adaptation of Robinson Haruhara's fantasy epic spoof kicks on January 8th

Simple looking Senyu could be quite interesting. The January anime adaptation of Robinson Haruhara's spoof of fantasy epics is set to be directed by the divisive Yutaka "Yamakan" Yamamoto (Haruhi, the first four episodes of Lucky Star, Fractale) with Squid Girl's Michiko Yokote writing. Mecha theme song super band JAM Project provides the theme.

Cast includes Ai Kayano (Meiko Hanma from AnoHanaSaori from Girls und Panzer), Hiro Shimono (The World Only God Knows' Keima Katsuragi), Yūichi Nakamura (Gray Fullbuster from Fairy Tail, Sōshi Miketsukami from Inu x Boku SS), Jouji Nakata (Fate's Kirei Kotomine) and Kenichi Suzumura (Ixion Saga DT's Gustave)
