Nintendo eShop Update Adds "Unchained Blades," "Code of Princess"

Latter was released to the retail wilds back in October

Today's Nintendo eShop update has a couple of notable high points in the form of XSEED Games' 3DS release of Unchained Blades, as well as Atlus' digital version of Code of Princess. The latter originally debuted in the retail wilds back in October, but now you can download it if you've had trouble finding a copy in stores.

Unchained Blades, which is also available on PSP, is download-only on 3DS for $29.99. Here's Nintendo's synopsis of both:

Unchained Blades – Fang must traverse dangerous living temples known as Titans in order to meet his maker once again and exact his revenge on the great Goddess Clunea. But he cannot do it alone. Journey through grid-based dungeons in first-person view with your seven allies in classic turn-based combat, all while fighting more than 180 varieties of monsters that you can convince to fight alongside you in battle.

Code of Princess™ – Blending fighting game play with components from classic arcade side-scrolling beat 'em ups and the character development of an RPG, Code of Princess provides hard-core gamers with a new twist on some of their favorite game types. Up to four players can take on challenges cooperatively or battle against one another in competitive play either locally or online. Code of Princess is also available at retail stores.

Other additions include side-scrolling 3DS platformer Gunman Clive, Nintendo Video Best of 2012, Air Battle Hockey 3D, Galaxy Saver, and Snowboard Xtreme
