Hiro Mizushima Returns From Three Year Hiatus to Star in Live Action "Black Butler"

"Kamen Rider Kabuto" lead plays demonic butler 130 years after the event of original manga/anime

Actor/model/writer Hiro Mizushima (Kamen Rider Kabuto) revealed that he will be returning to screen as the star of a live action film based on Yana Toboso's manga Black Butler.  Kentaro Otani (live action NANA) and Keiichi Satou (Tiger & Bunny) will be co-directing the picture which sees what the demonic butler is doing 130 years after the events of the manga/anime.



In September 2010, Mizushima left his talent agencyKen-On, to create an own independent agency called A stAtion and soon after won a the 5th Poplar Publishing Grand Prize for Fiction and a cash prize of 20 million yen for his debut work, titled Kagerou. The "ikemen’" (good-looking) actor then took a break to focus on his writing.
