Yesterday, a now storm hit the Tokyo region, accompanied by wind gusts approach 60 mph. It was enough to snarl transportation and inspire some otaku. No Neo Armstrong Cyclone Jet Armstrong cannons were spotted, but there was some snow sculptures being made, as well as recreations of Girls und Panzer's Pravda battles, and even some sketches from manga authors.
