"Atelier Ayesha" Doesn't Have Dual Audio, But Future Titles Might

Tecmo Koei regrets that the issue exists in English version of PS3 RPG

The other day when the Tecmo Koei-published Atelier Ayesha was locked for a March 5 release in North America, the official Facebook page listed the RPG as having both Japanese and English audio. It later turned out not to be the case, but Tecmo Koei hopes to include both tracks in future Atelier games.

Siliconera asked Tecmo Koei Europe about the issue, to which representative Chin Soon Sun responded, "We are very sorry. We have confirmed the voice option information with [developer] Gust and for this title, it will be English only.

"We know how important this is for you and we will try to implement the voice option in future Atelier releases."

Previous Atelier games have featured dual-audio, so it's strange for Ayesha to come with only the English audio track. Here's hoping they work it out when bringing future entries to the west. Has this deterred any of you from deciding to pick up Atelier Ayesha
