Google Maps Street View Live in Japan on Wii U

Service allows gamers to take a “walking tour” of popular neighborhoods, attractions

How’d you like to take a stroll around Tokyo via your Wii U? Maybe visit Stonehenge? If you’re in Japan, you can do just that - Street View just came to the Wii U in Japan via Google Maps. The best part? It’s free until the end of May.

There’s no word on when it’s coming to the US, but considering Nintendo recommends Shibuya as an ideal location to test out this software, I know what a bunch of anime fans will get up to when it does come our way.
