Originally developed by AM2 and released in arcades in 2006, After Burner Climax has been available as a digital download on consoles for a couple years. Now it's available in the App Store for iPhone and iPad, and Sega rolled out a trailer to commemorate the launch.
While it's been scaled down somewhat, the iOS port adds a few features like Airplay support, HDMI support, Retina Display on iPhone 4/4S/5 and 3rd and 4th gen iPads, and iPad Mini support. After Burner Climax is priced at $2.99.
