"JoJo's Bizarre Adventure" Fighter to Feature Playable JoJolion

CyberConnect2's All-Star Battle hits Japan on August 29

A couple new details have emerged for JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: All-Star Battle, the upcoming fighting game developed by CyberConnect2 (Asura's Wrath, .hack, Naruto fighters). According to Shonen Jump, Namco Bandai will release All-Star Battle in Japan on August 29, and the latest playable character to be announced is JoJolion.

JoJolion, AKA Josuke Higashitaka, is the lead character of mangaka Hirohiko Araki's eighth JoJo's Bizarre Adventure story arc, JoJolion. The story kicked off in 2011 and is still ongoing in Ultra Jump

In addition to the regularly priced standard edition, fans in Japan will be able to nab JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: All-Star Battle in a limited edition priced at ¥16,980 ($182). Dropping that loot gets you a Jotaro figure, a gold plate with a Hirohiko Araki illustration, and a specially packaged soundtrack CD.
