Imprint Your Young Otaku with "One Piece" Baby Sling

A covering based on the character's trademark hat protects the child from UV rays

There are certain anime and manga that only appeal to otaku or other niche audiences. Then there's One Piece. There's a reason why a movie like the recent Film Z would collect over 5 billion yen in the box office. Testifying its broad appeal, the shounen series has inspired a special, limited reindeer pirate Tony Tony Chopper style baby sling.

The unit has various configurations based on the age of the child, with a special add-on being sold for newborns. A covering based on the character's trademark hat protects the child from UV rays. 100 are being made and sold for 19,800yen ($214).
