Testifying its broad appeal, the shounen series has inspired a special, limited reindeer pirate Tony Tony Chopper style baby sling.

The unit has various configurations based on the age of the child, with a special add-on being sold for newborns. A covering based on the character's trademark hat protects the child from UV rays. 100 are being made and sold for 19,800yen ($214).
