Actress was most closely associated with role of Elpeo Ple in Gundam ZZ
Aoni has confirmed that veteran voice actress Chieko Honda passed away at age 49 on February 18th after a battle with cancer. She was most closely associated with the role of Elpeo Ple in Gundam ZZ and also voiced Marie Mjolnir in Soul Eater, Revolutionary Girl Utena's Kozue Kaoru, and in recent years, minor characters in Reborn and Natsume Yūjin-Chō.
