Japanese Otaku Pick Their Favorite Slice of Life Anime

Specifically, poll aimed for series that aired late at night and were youth based, but not focused on romantic comedy

Personally, I think the term "slice of life" is overused when describing anime genre, but it's certainly useful for this sort of conversation. Biglobe anime ranking recently got nearly eight thousand Japanese otaku to name their favorite everyday anime. Specifically, it was looking at slice of life series that aired late at night and were youth based, but not focused on romantic comedy.

The results were a good mix of recent series battling it out with at least slightly older favorites.
