Capcom's "Dungeons & Dragons" Beat 'em Ups Heading to XBLA, PSN

"Shadow over Mystara" and "Tower of Doom" to become digital downloads

Back in the mid '90s, Capcom released a pair of Dungeons & Dragons arcade beat 'em ups, Shadow over Mystara and Tower of Doom. They were later ported to Sega Saturn in the Dungeons & Dragons Collection, but that two-fer will cost you a pretty penny nowadays.

Thankfully, Capcom has plans to bring the brawlers to Xbox Live Arcade and PlayStation Network.

Price and release date have yet to be announced, but rest assured getting these games as digital downloads will be much cheaper than picking up a copy for Saturn. My friend used to have a copy and we would play it constantly; so much, in fact, that I'm wondering if I can play it anymore. Who am I kidding, though, I'm sure I'll end up buying it...
