"Project X Zone" Crossover Game Sets Sights on June 25 Release

Namco Bandai, Capcom, and Sega worlds collide in strategy-RPG

The North American release of crossover 3DS strategy-RPG Project X Zone, which brings characters together from the libraries of Sega, Namco Bandai, and Capcom, was announced back in January. Back then it was simply set for summer 2013, though, something that Namco Bandai's website has quietly narrowed to a June 25 launch date.

What, that's not enough for you? Fine, Namco Bandai also confirmed the release date with IGN, so all we need now is a specific date for Europe.

Namco Bandai's description of the story:

The ancient treasure called the “Portalstone” has been stolen and a rift in time and space has allowed crossovers from various universes. The ambitions of various people, organizations and creatures have become intertwined, turning this incident into a great source of turmoil. The past, future, and even distant worlds from other dimensions have been drawn into what will be become a long journey for our heroes.
