While nothing has been set in stone, it certainly looks like the David Production adaptation of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure will continue into the third phase of Hirohiko Araki's long running manga. After completing martial arts meets vampires Part 1: Phantom Blood and martial arts meets Indiana Jones meets vampires Part 2: Battle Tendency, the fall 2012/winter 2013 anime featured teaser footage of Part 3: Stardust Crusaders hero Jotaro Kujo.
Part three, the only of the series' eight parts to be released in English, was previously adapted into two OVA series in 1993 and 2000. The horror/travelogue introduces super powered alter egos called stands, which became a pillar of the franchise going forward.
The characters featured in those OVAs have been recast for the upcoming All Star Battle fighting game. A new anime is likely to re-use the same talent.
