Miku celebrates the festival's 10th anniversary

The sakura (cherry blossom) season has arrived in Japan. While the season is also approaching its end in many cities in the western part of Japan, the people in the eastern and northern parts now enjoy the fully bloomed sakura. Ueda-city in Nagano prefecture which located in the central region of the island of Honshu has held a festival called "Ueda-jyou Senbonzakura Matsuri" (Ueda Castle Thousands of Cherry Trees Festival) from April 5th to 21st. The most famous vocaloid character Hatsune Miku provides one of her popular songs "Senbonzakura" as its 10th anniversary song. The organizer has posted a promotional video for the festival featuring the song and the vocaloid illustrations onto YouTube. Check the best song to enjoy Hanami!
