VIDEO: "Steins;Gate" Travels Back to 8 Bit Era

Non-canonical text prompt game bridges "Steins;Gate" and "Chaos;Head"

In honor of this weekend's opening of anime movie Steins;Gate Fuka Ryoiki no déjà-vu, here's a brief look at Henikuukan no Octet, a non-canonical extension of the time travel visual novel's "True End," done in the style of an 8-bit PC era text prompt game.


In it, Rintarō Okabe receives a D-Mail from himself in 2025 that states that he must save the future by reclaiming an IBN 5100 from a person under the alias "Neidhardt, hinted to be Takumi Nishijō, lead of the first Science Adventure, Chaos;Head.
