"One Piece" Mini-toy Anniversary Year Project Begins

New sets on sale in July

Bandai’s Candy Division has embarked on the “One Piece Mini-toy ANNIVERSARY YEAR PROJECT.”

The project celebrates the sale of over 10 million mini-toys in the “Extreme One Piece Styling (including One Piece Styling)” series, and 10 years since the beginning of the “One Piece Collection (including One Piece Figure Collection).”

The first item to be sold is the “Extreme One Piece Styling KIMONO STYLE.” This 5-figure set depicts Luffy, Zoro, Sanji, and Chopper in kimonos (950 yen each). It’ll be a task for a select few to get all the figures together.

Moving right along, the second set centers around the fearsome enemy characters from the East Blue. “One Piece Collection The Course to the Pirate King” is comprised of 11 pieces plus 1 bonus piece, 250 yen apiece.

Look for more products this year in the “ANNIVERSARY YEAR” special series- plans are already in the works for the third release and beyond.

“Extreme One Piece Styling KIMONO STYLE” and “One Piece Collection The Course to the Pirate King” will both go on sale in July.
