If there's one thing that's hard to get across, it's that Halo is actually a lot of fun. Lugging CRT TVs and Xboxes to a friend's house for huge LAN parties aside, Halo 4 was actually a very good game with a huge suite of single-player and multiplayer content, not to mention that the franchise as a whole has a rich universe full of life and lore.
That being said, I don't know what to make of this recently-revealed E3 trailer for the newest installment of the franchise, showing Master Chief, uh... being dramatic in the desert?
Okay, the whole point of a cloak is to hide your face. Y'know what else does that? A HELMET. Then again, Joseph Luster says they showed the trailer without even hinting at what it was, so maybe the cloak made more sense when it was first shown.
I still think it's dumb.
Halo fans, are you looking forward to the next installment of the Reclaimer Trilogy? Does anyone have any great war stories to share from the decade-plus of multiplayer mayhem? My personal best one involves the Phantom of the Opera Overture, but I'll leave that one to your imagination. God, that cloak thing is still bothering me!
