"Yotsuba & Danboard Exhibition" to be Held in Tokyo in Late Summer

Original arts of the manga, production materials, character goods, and more

It is officially announced today that Parco Museum in Shibuya, Tokyo, will hold "Yotsuba & Danboard The Exhibition" from August 31 to September 16 in commemoration of the 10th anniversary of Kiyohiko Azuma's popular comedy manga series Youtsuba&!. The official site for the exhibition is also opened today. Yotsuba&! has been serialized in the monthly magazine Dengeki Daioh since March 2003 and twelve tankobon volumes have been released. It has sold more than 10 million copies in Japan, and has become one of the most successful manga series.


The visitors of the exhibition can see manga original arts, production materials, and sketches by Azuma. Also there will be all kinds of Danbo/Danboard goods and figures including a special model which is available only at the exhibition. The entrance fee is 500 yen (about US$5.11). This will be the must-go place for the all Youtsuba&! fans in the world in this summer.
