Kodansha Comics Announces Monthly "Attack on Titan" Manga Releases and Digital Distribution Plans

Manga to be offered on platforms such as Nook, Google Play, iBookstore, and Kindle starting July 16th

Kodansha Comics announced that they will be catching up with the Japanese release of Attack on Titan by publishing the manga monthly starting in August. 

 

Schedule includes:

August 27 - Vol 6.

September 25 - Vol. 7

October 29 - Vol. 8

November 26 Vol. 9

December 31 - Vol. 10

January 28 - Vol. 11

February - Vol. 12

 

Other announcements focused on their digital plans. The publisher will no longer be updating their dedicated digital app and marketplace. Instead, their releases will be offered on platforms such as Nook, Google Play, iBookstore, and Kindle starting July 16th

 

Offered titles includes @Full Mooon, Kitchen Princess, Mardock Scramble, Ninja Girls, Bloody Monday, Danza, I am Here, Sayonara Zetsubou-sensei, Cage of Eden, Missions of Love, Full Moon, Arisa and Genshiken (but not Sailor Moon).

 

A digital version of Vinland Saga will be premiering with the hardcover in October.
