"Assassin's Creed IV" Premieres Naval Gameplay, Details Limited Edition

Next chapter hits current consoles and PC on October 29

Ubisoft is keen on showing off one of the key features of Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag. Naval gameplay was introduced in III, but it's being expanded for the pirate-themed entry it's more suited to, and you can see how it looks in the world premiere clip below.

Assassin's Creed IV also has a limited edition on the way for Xbox One, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and PC. Unfortunately, it appears Wii U owners are out of luck. The limited $129.99 release, pictured below, comes with an 18" Edward Kenway statue, a 28" x 48" pirate flag, an 80-page art book, a steelbook game case, and the complete soundtrack.

Assassin's Creed IV strikes current consoles and PC first in North America on October 29.
