"Saint Seiya: Brave Soldiers" Hits Japan in October, Gets Special Box

Namco Bandai's fighter arrives in multiple versions on October 17

Now that Namco Bandai is officially testing fan waters by releasing Saint Seiya: Brave Soldiers in North America, it's safe to post more about the game without feeling like a total tease. Brave Soldiers is set to arrive in Japan on October 17, and will also be available in a special Pegasus box full of extras.

The Pegasus box comes with the game, a Pegasus Seiya figure sporting the classic Pegasus cloth costume, and a DLC code to unlock said costume in the game. The box is priced at ¥13,480 ($135).

There's also a bonus for those who pick up first-run copies of the fighter: a playable Shion and a Saint Seiya PlayStation 3 theme.

Saint Seiya: Brave Soldiers follows its Japanese debut with releases in Europe, Mexico, South America, and Latin America, as well as a digital-only release in North America.
