CLAMP Illustrates "Code Geass" Blu-ray Box Art

Plus special Kyoto International Manga Museum ticket art from CLAMP

While Code Geass was certainly successful in establishing its own brand, going into the 2006 anime, a key selling point was original character designs by manga superstars CLAMP. Along those lines, the headline feature of a new Blu-ray box set, due to be released in Japan September 25th, is a new 5.1 channel surround sound audio mix, versus the TV's series. However, while we can't sample that yet, we can see the box art illustration from CLAMP.

Other features include a new picture drama and audio commentary and animation and event CG from the Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion Lost Colors PSP/PlayStation 2 game as well as the exclusive videos and voice specials included with earlier Blu-rays and DVDs.

And, speaking of CLAMP illustrations, they'e drawn the art for a special limited ticket to the Kyoto International Manga Museum that will be sold exclusively at this year's Comiket (August 10~12).
