"Super Smash Bros." Gets a Stage Right Out of "Metroid: Other M"

Not-so-popular entry in the "Metroid" series highlighted in brawler

OK, so Metroid: Other M isn't exactly hailed as the greatest thing to happen to the series. Some folks didn't appreciate the way the narrative portrayed Samus, for instance, but despite that, the Wii game is getting its own stage in Super Smash Bros. on Wii U and 3DS.

The featured area from Other M is the Pyrosphere, AKA Sector 3, a hot, lava-filled area from the 2010 game. The stage was revealed through game director Masahiro Sakura's Wii U account, and you can get a peek at it in the screen that was posted to Miiverse.

What do you think of the stage choice? Anyone here a fan of Metroid: Other M? It's alright, this is a safe place. Here, I'll start: Other than the story, I actually enjoyed it for the most part.
