VIDEO: Competition Wraps Up on 11th MikuMikuDance Cup

Voting ends on September 2nd with awards presented September 7th

MikuMikuDance is a freeware program used to animated 3D models of characters, originating with dance videos of Hatsune Miku and her vocaloid compatriots. The best of these compete in a tournament called the MMD Cup, the eleventh iteration of which is now wrapping up. As you might imagine, plenty of Attack on Titan parodies were entered, along with newer appearances by the battleship girls of Koncolle.


Qualifying entries were submitted July 19-22, with voting through the 29th. The full length finals were entered August 16-19, with voting there through September 2nd.


Awards will be presented in a Nico streamed ceremony on September 7th.
