"Dark Souls II" Beta Gets a Slight Delay, But Some Can Sign Up Today

PlayStation 3 beta was originally set to start on October 5

Originally scheduled to kick off on October 5, the Dark Souls II beta has been pushed back slightly to October 12, with a second round starting on October 27. That's fine, because those of you in Euroope can sign up for it today via PlayStation Network or its website.

The beta will be available for PS3 users in North America and Europe/Australasia, so registration for the former should be available soon. Namco Bandai promises "overwhelming enemy encounters, diabolical hazards, and the unrelenting challenge that only FromSoftware can deliver."

Dark Souls II hits PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, and PC next March.
