VIDEO: Full Trailer and Poster for Live-Action "Tiger Mask" Film

Hits Japanese theaters on November 9

Following the two teasers, the official site for the upcoming live-action adaptation film of the classic 60s manga Tiger Mask which was written by Ikki Kajiwara and illustrated by Naoki Tsuji finally posted a 1 minute 35 seconds full trailer and a new official poster visual. One obvious change in the new poster is that "the" from the original English title The Tiger Mask is deleted.

170cm-tall actor Eiji Wentz plays the title role Tiger Mask/Naoto Date. An orphan named Naoto Date was trained to be a heel pro-wrestler by Mister X (played by Sho Aikawa) for his mysterious organization Tiger's Cave. But Date betrays the organization in order to help other orphans and becomes a babyface in the ring. Mr. X starts sending numerous assassin wrestlers to punish him. Tiger Mask is directed by a LA-based Japanese director Ken Ochiai and is scheduled to be released in Japan on November 9.
