Capcom's "deep down" RPG Will Be Free-to-Play

Online-only game's beta to kick off around Japanese PS4 launch

Since before the start of Tokyo Game Show we've gotten a better idea of what to expect from Capcom's PlayStation 4-exclusive deep down. According to producer Yoshinori Ono, deep down will be a free-to-play game, with a beta set to kick off around the time of PlayStation 4's February 22 launch in Japan. 

 

As previously revealed along with the latest trailer, deep down is an online-only action-RPG set in 2094 New York. Its hero can read memories from past legacies, and the dungeons are all randomly generated.
