"Dragon's Crown" Adds Cross-Platform Multiplayer, Coming to the West Soon

Fourth update patch allows for play between PS3 and Vita

As great as it was to see Atlus cut the price of Dragon's Crown by ten bucks in North America, Japan just got something sweeter thanks to the beat 'em up's fourth update patch. Players over there can now enjoy cross-platform multiplayer between the PlayStation 3 and PS Vita versions, and it's also on its way to the west.

The patch also adds the ability to lock items so they're not accidentally discarded, as well as adjustments for skill effects, NPC behavior, and other improvements. Though they didn't provide a specific date, Atlus did send out a press release today confirming the update for North America.
