One of the great things about Guilty Gear as a fighting game is that it provides something for everybody, including playstyles. If you're not the type to chip away at opponents' health or get in their face with high-priority DP-alikes, there's always been Faust, a mad doctor with a paper bag over his head and some truly insane fighting tactics.
Faust has recently been announced to appear in the upcoming Guilty Gear Xrd -SIGN-, which has also been confirmed story-wise as a sequel to Xbox 360-exclusive action-strategy game Guilty Gear 2: Overture, which wasn't that bad, just different. Like, really different.
Like "action-strategy when people were expecting a fighting game" different
