"Crayon Shin-chan" Gets a 3DS Action-RPG in Japan Next Year

Game featuring famous scenes from Shin-chan films arrives in April 2014

Shin-chan is getting ready to relive some of his anime film moments in a new action-RPG on Nintendo 3DS. Crayon Shin-chan: The Storm Called the Kasukabe Boys Film Star is set to make its debut in Japan in April 2014.

The game gets its name from the 12th Shin-chan film, 2004's Crayon Shin-chan: The Storm Called The Kasukabe Boys of the Evening Sun. The action-RPG will give players the chance to shoot famous scenes from Shin-chan's vast filmography.

According to Japanese gaming mag Famitsu, first run copies of The Storm Called The Kasukabe Boys Film Star will come packing a download for the Shin Chan: The Storm Called Kindergarten game, which was originally released on Super Famicom in 1993.
