"Buddha 2" World Premiere to be Held at Louvre Museum Next January

The film hits Japanese theaters on February 8, 2014

The official site for the anime film adaptation of Osamu Tezuka's manga Buddha announced yesterday that the world premiere of Buddha 2: ~Owarinaki Tabi~ (Endless Journey), the 2nd part of the film trilogy, will be held at Louvre Museum, one of the world's largest museums in France, on January 30, 2014. The museum had hosted press conferences for the films and screening of the classic films before, but this is the first time for them to hold the world premiere event for the new film. The staff and cast will join the event to promote the film. The 2nd film will be released in Japan on February 8, 2014. The 1st film titled Buddha: The Great Departure was released in Japan on May 28, 2011.
