"CV: Casting Voice" Game Makes You the Producer, Gets First Screens

Voice-acting production fun hits PlayStation 3 in Japan next year

Namco Bandai and developer Crafts & Meister (Gundam Breaker) are looking to turn players into producers with the upcoming PlayStation 3 game CV: Casting Voice. Players will be able to freely cast their projects, communicate with fictional voice actors and go through recording sessions, and rise in their respective ranks.

40 voice actors of varying experience levels will be taking part in CV, and scripts featured will include both original works and those related to Namco Bandai projects.

A few of the characters initially announced (some pictured above) include 20-year-old Saya Uchima (voiced by Ayana Taketatsu, Leafa in Sword Art Online), 19-year-old (and 7,300 days) Kumiko Tojou (voiced by Kikuko Inoue, Kasumi Tendo in Ranma ½), 20-year-old Kiyohiko Hino (voiced by Tsubasa Yonaga, Tsutomu Komano in Chihayafuru), and 54-year-old Takashi Dojo (voiced by Shigeru Chiba, Buggy in One Piece and Kuwabara in YuYu Hakusho).
