VIDEO: Keiji Inafune Tries Out an Early "Mighty No. 9" Build

Kickstarter-funded game to hit consoles, portables, and PC in 2015

It's still early, but developer Comcept's YouTube channel recently posted footage of Keiji Inafune taking his Mega Man spiritual successor Mighty No. 9 for a spin. Watch him play around with some of the mechanics, showing off the absorption dash technique and alpha visuals, in the English-subtitled clip below.

The video was originally presented as part of Inafune's D.I.C.E. 2014 talk. The Kickstarter-funded Mighty No. 9 is currently scheduled for a 2015 launch on PC, Xbox 360, Xbox One, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, PS Vita, Wii U, and Nintendo 3DS.
