VIDEO: "Hakuouki Dai-Nishou Shikon Soukyu" Anime Film Trailer

The 2nd anime film adaptation hits theaters on March 8

The official site for the forthcoming anime film Hakuouki Dai-Nishou Shikon Soukyu (Hakuouki: Chapter 2 Samurai Spirits Blue Sky) has posted a 70-second trailer. It is the second installment of the two-part film project based on the popular otome video game series Hakuouki featuring Shinsengumi, a special police force of Japan's late shogunate period (1863-1869 in the real history). The first film Hakuouki Dai-isshou Kyoto Ranbu (Hakuouki: Chapter 1 Kyoto Boisterous Dance) was released on August 24, 2013. To promote the release of the second film, the first film Kyoto Ranbu will be broadcasted five times in Japan on Tokyo MX (February 20) and AT-X (February 21, 23, 25, March 8) with a special 30-minute program to introduce the Shikon Soukyu film.
