Nintendo Lines Up Game Boy Advance Games for Wii U Virtual Console

A slew of classic portable titles make their way over throughout April

Ah, Virtual Console. Such a well of potential that often ends up dry as a bone. Nintendo hopes to fix that next month with a lineup of Game Boy Advance classics gunning for the Wii U Virtual Console from April 3 through April 24. 


Like other Wii U VC titles, the GBA games feature off-TV play, restore points, save progress, and Miiverse functionality. The NES version of Super Mario Bros.  3 joins them on Wii U and 3DS on April 17, and you can see the full plans for Game Boy Advance games on Wii U below.
