Hyperdimension Neptunia's action game spin-off, Chou Jigen Action Neptune U (Ultra Dimension Action Neptune U), was announced alongside Hyperdimension Neptunia Victory II last month, and this week's issue of Dengeki PlayStation magazine has some new info. Due out on PS Vita in Japan on August 28, Neptunia U's development is being handled by Senran Kagura studio Tamsoft.
In addition to Neptunia, other console goddesses such as Noire, Blanc, and Vert will be playable, all with the ability to pull off goddess transformations. Neptunia U will also introduce a new mascot for the Dengeki brand, Dengekiko, and the report speculates that torn clothes could lead to powered-up characters.
Chou Jigen Action Neptune U will be available in a ¥6,800 ($67) standard version, a ¥7,980 ($78) limited edition, and as a download at an unspecified price.
