"Mighty No. 9" Creator Keiji Inafune Joins Anime Expo as Guest of Honor

Former Capcom producer to participate in Q&A and autograph sessions

Anime Expo recently announced the addition of Keiji Inafune to the convention as a Guest of Honor. Known both for his work on Mega Man and more while at Capcom, as well as current projects like Mighty No. 9, Inafune will participate in a Q&A and autograph sessions.


Currently working at his company Comcept, which he founded after leaving Capcom in 2010, Inafune has a number of big titles on his résumé. Some of his notable contributions over the years include series like Resident Evil, Onimusha, Lost Planet, and Dead Rising, among others. Post-Capcom projects include Soul Sacrifice, Yaiba: Ninja Gaiden Z, Kaio: King of Pirates, and Azure Striker Gunvolt.


Anime Expo 2014 takes place July 3-6 at the Los Angeles Convention Center.
