"Bayonetta 2" Gives Its Heroine a Mech of Her Very Own

Sequel heads exclusively to Wii U this October

Platinum Games' first Bayonetta was insanely over the top, so it's no surprise to see Bayonetta 2 upping the ante, from ridiculous Nintendo character costumes to the latest reveal, a full-on mech for Bayonetta to pilot.

Bayonetta's mech was revealed during Nintendo's Treehouse livestream, and director Yusuke Hashimoto said it controls much like Bayonetta herself. The mech uses both its hands and feet, with machine guns on the former and shotgun-type weapons on the latter.

Bayonetta 2 makes its way exclusively to Wii U this October.
