VIDEO: New "Fatal Frame" on Wii U Reveals Some of Its Horrors

"The Black-Haired Shrine Maiden" heads to Nintendo's console in September

A new Fatal Frame game was announced for Wii U back in April, and thanks to a recent NicoNico Live event, we now have our first look at Zero: Nuregarasu no Miko, AKA Fatal Frame: The Black-Haired Shrine Maiden

Set at a cursed lakeside manor in the mountains and full of water and hydrophobia themes, Fatal Frame will make good use of the Wii U GamePad, especially when it comes to mimicking the iconic Camera Obscura. You can see some of the horrors that await in the trailer below.

Zero: Nuregarasu no Miko hits Wii U in Japan on September 27.
